Blue light is a natural light that is also found in natural sunlight. The problem is not sunlight, but artificial blue light. We are more susceptible to it than ever because the brightness of a computer, smart device and television is just blue light.

Is blue light harmful?

Blue light is the darkest of light sources and increases the visual burden of the eyes. Therefore, it can get tired, overloaded, and dry your eyes, as well as cause headaches and even insomnia.

The blue light resembles the wavelength of daylight that regulates our usual day rhythm. Blue light in the evening may affect the formation of melanin in the hormone and thus make sleep more difficult and reduce sleep quality.

Two-seated eyeglass lenses are designed for two different distances: close and far. The two-lens lenses are clearly distinguishable between the so-called window, the remote and the middle part. With dual lens lenses, the maximum viewing area is achieved and they do not have the so-called rolling action lenses like progressive lenses. You can read through the nearby segment or window. Depending on the eyepiece strengths, bifocal eyewear may not be suitable for viewing on a computer screen.
